Custom builds typically take 10-14 months depending on the complexity of the design and sourcing of materials.
Can you source the feathers for me?
Yes. If you don't have a harvest, we can ethically source feathers from game farms or other hunters. Market rates for feathers will apply.
Do you ship large pieces?
Yes, we build custom crates for all large shipments. Freight shipping costs will be calculated at the time of completion.
Can I approve the design before you build?
Absolutely. We provide a digital mockup or sketch for approval before any glue or feathers are set.
What if the bird arrives damaged?
We inspect every shipment immediately. If there is freezer burn or slip, we will notify you and discuss restoration options or alternative designs.
